Getting Started - Myspace Gigs Parser
The first thing you need to do is to grab the grab the code and save it some where as Myspace_Gigs_Parser.class.php. Second, create a test script in the same directory and add the following code to that file.
include('Myspace_Gigs_Parser.class.php');
//replace bobsaget with your bands username
$gigs_parser = new Myspace_Gigs_Parser('bobsaget');
var_dump($gigs_parser->data['gigs']);
If you go to this script in a browser it will display a dump of the array of gigs pulled from your MySpace page or false if none have been retrieved. To utilize the array of gigs use a foreach() construct and loop over the gigs and display them.
foreach($gigs_parser->data['gigs'] as $gig){
$time = $gig[0] . ' ' . $gig[1];
echo date('D, j M Y g:iA', strtotime($time));
echo '<br />';
echo $gig[2]; echo '<br />';
echo $gig[3]; echo '<br />';
}
Here is a run down of the indexes and what they contain and in what format.
[0] month day year of gig, format: date('M j Y')
[1] time of gig, format: date('g:iA')
[2] venue of gig
[3] city state of gig

In the Press
A&E is putting Bob behind the reigns of a comedy documentary series which is about Bob joining a different culture/lifestyle every week. Casting calls have started for a "motorcycle club" traveling to the Daytona Beach Bike Week and the article drops episode ideas like traveling to Burning Man and living with a survivalist cult.
Candace Cameron-Bure and her husband, NHL'er Valeri Bure, have started a winery. They currently only offer two wines, a Nuit Blanche and a Majesy Blend, which you can purchase right off their website. I don't know anything about wines but I do know that Family Crests are bad ass and I should work on a DCSHB.com Family Crest.
The Roast of Bob Saget finally aired and boy was it great. Stamos hosted and was pretty funny but I'd have to say my favorites were Cloris Leachman and Gilbert Gottfried. I now know how to make an "asshurts" which is something I've always wanted to know how to do. Norm MacDonalad and Brian Posehn were a little awkard and Jon Lovitz just called him gay for five minutes. Overall, it was worth every minute of my life.

"which, if she'd ever paid attention to Michelle Tanner's attempts to do the same thing on Full House, she'd know Uncle Jesse wouldn't appreciate."

BuddyTV has been running some great What Are They Up To? articles and have recently ran one about Dave. In the article comments sillyd casually reminds us that Dave coined "cut it out" on the short lived Out Of Control.
The same day they ran Dave's story they conveniently ran a What Are They Up To? on Full House cast member Candace Cameron-Bure who is looking as fabulous as ever in this picture stolen from her website. — Read More...
